Claude and Chantal's story began in Fleury, a quaint village in Moselle, not far from Paris.
Claude's journey into the world of coffee started early, learning from his father and grandfather
at the young age of 12. With this experience, he eventually opened several cafés around Metz.

It was in one of these cafés that Chantal joined Claude, bringing her knowledge of French cuisine acquired
from her bakery trade. Their professional collaboration turned into a love story, leading to their marriage.

United by their love for coffee and French food, Claude and Chantal ventured to the United States,
opening Le Café de Paris in Orlando in 2006.
Le Café de Paris offers a delightful selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes, French pastries,
and, of course, coffee. Le Café de Paris is more than just a business—it's a family affair,
reflecting Claude and Chantal's commitment to creating a warm and inviting space for all.
